I take these everyday. They are easy to swallow but you will burp up oregano at some point in your day. There are 300 gel caps in this pack, so it is actually a great deal. I've been taking them for a month so I really can't say if they are helping me or not yet but I feel better and have not gotten sick yet (which is very unusual for this time of the year 😂).
