Shipping Locations
We ship to all domestic and international addresses.
Processing Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday only).
Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays are processed the following business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
- US Shipping: 7 to 14 business days
- International Shipping: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local customs clearance

Carrier Delays
Once your order leaves our facility, the shipping carrier is responsible for final delivery. Delays due to customs, weather, logistics, or carrier issues are outside our control and are not eligible for refunds unless you selected a guaranteed delivery option.
Tracking Information
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email and offer a revised delivery estimate, a substitute item, or a full refund.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking information so we can initiate a claim with the shipping provider.
Shipping Fee Refunds
If your selected shipping method includes a guaranteed delivery time and your order is not delivered on time, we will refund your shipping fee after confirming the delay with the carrier. This does not apply to free shipping methods.
